My ground is connected to one of the rear bumper support bolts in the frame rail. My battery fits nearly perfectly in the recessed area where the jack normally goes, I used some 3/8" threaded rod to hold it in place (double nutted it on either side of the floorpan and used the OEM tiedown on top). I then cut the bottom of the Summit battery box to fit inverted over the top of the battery, and installed 2 hinges and a hasp-type lock to provide easy access to it. I can take some pics tonight or tomorrow if you want.
